摘要

本文以具有二维展开性能和单自由度的建筑表皮为研究对象,探索基于非均匀镶嵌原型生成铰接镶嵌的系统化设计方法。首先,文章分析了单自由度铰接镶嵌在最大展开状态 的特征,针对非均匀镶嵌原型添加合适形态的铰接面生成铰接镶嵌,提出了一般性操作方法。其次,针对周期性和非周期性等不同类型的镶嵌进行分类讨论。最后,结合一个 概念设计进行应用场景的呈现。本文所提出的方法具有系统性和普适性,能够快速生成大量形态丰富的二维可展开结构,在建筑设计、结构设计、机械设计、工业设计等方 面具有应用价值。

Abstract

This paper focuses on architectural fagades with two-dimensional expanding capabilities and single degrees of freedom, exploring a systematic design method of generating hinged tessellations based on non-uniform prototype tessellations. Firstly, the paper analyses the characteristics of singledegree-of-freedom hinged tessellations in thefully expanded state. By adding appropriate hinged plates to non-uniform tiling prototypes, a general method for generating hinged tessellations is proposed. Subsequently, different types such as periodic and non-periodic prototypes are classified and discussed. Finally, a conceptual design is presented to reveal the application scenario. The design method proposed in this paper is systematic and universal, and can quickly generate a variety of twodimensional expandable structures with aesthetic expressions. lt has significant application value in the fields of architectural design, structural design, mechanical design, industrial design, and so on.
